We are excited to announce that two members of our team, postdoctoral researchers Nancy Soni and Demetrio Marcianò, have had their abstracts accepted for oral presentations at the Plant Biology Europe 2025 conference.

Nancy will present her work titled "From Integrity to Division: How Cell Wall Status Controls the Cell Cycle in Plants". Her research investigates how changes in cell wall integrity influence the plant cell cycle, offering valuable insights into plant growth and development.

Demetrio will present "A Comparative Analysis of Receptor Like Kinases in Chlorophyta Reveals the Presence of Putative Cell Wall Integrity Sensors" . His work explores receptor-like kinases in green algae, shedding light on potential mechanisms for sensing and regulating cell wall integrity in algae.

We are proud to have their research recognised on such a prestigious conference. If you're attending the conference, make sure to catch their excellent presentations and learn more about these exciting developments in cell wall dynamics.
